KVKK Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

2. Data and collection

Identity and contact details, property requests, messages, transaction information and technical website data may be collected through forms, phone, email, WhatsApp, cookies and similar electronic channels by automated or partly automated means.

3. Purposes

Data is processed to manage requests, provide consultancy, operate customer relations, maintain security, comply with law, handle disputes and, with consent, conduct analytics or advertising activities.

4. Legal bases

Processing relies on Articles 5 and, where applicable, 6 of KVKK, including contract performance, legal obligations, establishment or protection of rights, legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights, and consent when required.

5. Transfers

Data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with public authorities, legal or financial advisers and IT, hosting, messaging, analytics or advertising providers. International transfers follow Article 9 of KVKK and applicable safeguards.

6. Applications

To exercise Article 11 rights, submit a verifiable written or email request. Valid applications are answered within thirty days, subject to any fee tariff issued by the Turkish authority.
